Winning in Las Vegas
Q:Is it really possible to win in Las Vegas?

-- "Jake Leonard, Chicago"

A:Well, yes*. Or people wouldn't go back!
Of course that doesn't mean at......gambling.
We think getting invited to a private pool party at the Palms is pretty freakin' winnin'!

But seriously, we have seen people win at slots. And of course come out positive at craps. Ourselves we happen to win more in Vegas than in Atlantic City but that's pure chance. Don't get crazy about beating the house. After all they do it for a living! So 99.9999999%* chance they know more than you about your next trick, even if you have 18 degrees from M.I.T. (Great read though. You know what I'm talking about, you shark.)

Vegas' busiest months are March and October so maybe factor that in when you’re thinking about who will be at the private poker table. Finally, we’d say that perhaps what with the roller coasters, shows, fabulous outdoor pools, Palms bowling alley rooms, awesome spa at Caesar's, Wynn buffet, new Fremont Street East development etc etc maybe focus on having a good time cause if the house didn’t ultimately come out on top, well, the town just wouldn’t be there.

*This is where our lawyer says we have to tell you, we're not gambling experts! This isn't advice or counsel! Our site is for fun! So if you lose your pants, it's not our fault. You and only you are totally responsible for your silly behaviour!
