If you are a fussy eater, Chris Cosentino is not for you. If tasty salted pig parts (his words not ours) sounds good to you, then you are going to love Incanto. He also owns Boccalone Salumeria, a shop in the Ferry Building which unfortunately is not a sit- down spot, but is very good. Anyway, back to Incanto. This rustic Italian is not sceney and there's practically no chance of you spotting a celeb. But if you're a total gourmand who's into offal (okay, yes there's also local seafood and unusual pastas, as well as an ever- rotating list of twenty Italian wines by the glass) and really adventurous, then you will love your meal here.
