Ponzu is a great restaurant for those truly too lazy to go out searching for hip. You're already in the Serrano - a Kimpton hotel - and you're going to the theatre right in this neighbourhood, could it get any easier than this? It's Thai, Malaysian, Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese ingredients all mixed in that "we don't know what we like about Asia but we like it" kind of way. We've even heard it called tapas - isn't that so cutesy. There's a cool salt water fish tank but decor wise, like the food, it won't knock your socks off, but then again, you really should have them on at the play house anyway.
