The old American Legion building has received a new birth courtesy of the designer who is credited with inventing the boutique hotel concept. Andrée Putman put herself on the map with New York's Morgan Hotel and now in her fifth hotel unrolls a modified but still classic 25+ rooms just off the Champs Elysees. The restaurant has secured Boulud protege Erwan Louaisil.
