The fantastic La Tremoille is a departure from the cookie cutter modern hip that seems to be contagious with hotel owners. Renovated in '02 with croc print accents, soft- orange chairs and wallpaper printed with pansies, the 93 room hotel is located in the 8th in the triangle of avenue Montaigne, avenue Georges V and the Champs-Elysees. Extremely comfortable, it's no surprise that the hotel hosts all kinds of fun luxury events: private chocolate tastings, Beauty Discovery Afternoons and Wine Discovery Evenings. Our three favourite things? Molton Brown in the bathrooms, Terence Conran's Senso right in the hotel and conveniently for us, a hop skip away from Man Ray and Nobu.
