Butterflies, skulls and angels oh my. The French rocker model cool vibe of Zadig et Voltaire gets an uptown location at this corner outpost next to The Mark hotel. Bringing the laid- back, casual South of France feel in the form of distressed military jackets, little leather coats, filmy skirts and dresses, and insanely cool jeans is what this store is all about. We don't know what it is about the merchandising here but everything goes beautifully together, and yet everything goes amazingly well as one- offs in your wardrobe as well. You'll be hard pressed to find in your own wardrobe even a t shirt quite so slouchy, quite so chic. And the men are not overlooked. Menswear is decidely fashionable, yet masculine - yes, even a pair of gold jeans - tapping into every man's inner Lenny Kravitz. There's also kids as well for those super cool families we all envy. That it's located next to a chic hotel, probably means lots of mom and daughter pop- ins, bachelorette type shopping parties, and lots of last minute "I just needed a small thing for an event" moments. You'll be begging the airline to lose your luggage.
