If it seems like all the WASPs have moved to the West Village, well you have the mallification of the MPD to thank for that. But even WASPs (and the Euros who love and canoodle them) need a good place to dine and drink champagne. And the Lesort brothers come to the rescue. Bringing in two other heavyweights, former Le Bilboquet manager Jean-Baptiste Parvaix and exec chef Vincent Chirico to help feed their seventy five guests (sixteen outside in nice weather), this spot serves up classic French fare for lunch and dinner. Nothing too crazy but reliable with a good solid Sunday brunch, it's really the international air kissing between frites that we love.
