The notoriously cranky but talented Franklin Becker of Capitale brings his delicate American cuisine with Asiatic touches to Trinity. Serving dinner to only 40 seats, the restaurant is intended to have every diner feel as though Franklin is their own personal chef at home. Well, a home that has a zillion drunken hipsters in it, since it IS in full proximity to the Tribeca Grand's main bar, the Church Lounge.
