Steve Hanson almost drowned in the chain world when Ruby Foo's went Times Square. Thank heavens for his 150 varieties of tequilas at Dos Caminos. Even though he always wanted to be more of a friendly restaurateur, maybe Dos Caminos party reputation (and fun Latin eats) will revive the flash that seemed to disappear after Park Avalon's heyday.
