If you drop all your cash on a Ross Bleckner upstairs or Chanel's original pearls, you can still afford to drown your sorrows at Sotheby's re- fashioned restaurant in a glass of their Ridge Zinfandel. With contemporary American fare intentionally or unintentionally focused on a fish lover's menu (bass, tuna, flounder), the balsamic fig and arugula salad also stands out as does the bar snack of a Flight of Burgers (three mini burgers with tomato confit and gruyere). No bar we ever drank in had munchies this tasty! And no matter what happens with her company or what tell- all books may come out, we know that domestic diva Martha Stewart knows her food so when we saw her dining there, that was the final star of approval for us!
