Complete with majorettes handing out apples (in ciggie trays but none of the bad stuff, isn't that cute?) Tommy Tardie's taken Ultra and turned it into La Pomme. Very similar crowd with a well- mixed, mostly 20 something audience, they do more yocos (young cosmopolitans) on the weekdays with parties for Verizon and other corp types and morph on the weekends to a later start, and a more traditional club crowd. Shall we say, more inclusive on weekends of outside club goers willing to shell out a bit more to party in Manhattan (wow, is that a nice way of saying it or what).... Still good, still the attention to detail, and a nice smaller club for those who want to dance.
