Estate has almost gone the way of Powder. That would be: closed. But it's not quite yet. The occasional Sunday night opening and random private party such as Fashion Week's Gen Art after party keep it still on the radar. However, with the odds of it being open on any given night about equal to food magically appearing when you open the fridge....the much heralded reincarnation of the old Limelight has not yet lived up to its promise. The grand opening was delayed due to a broken mirror incident. Let’s hope superstition doesn’t swallow this club whole.
