Cafe Deville is an odd place. It isn't a new spot and frankly, we don't recommend the food at all. In fact, stay away from the food. But the few nights we descended on this spot, both the upstairs and downstairs were packed with some of the usual Serafina - Unik - Centro- fly kind of crowd. Table to table were all the right people downing Coronas and a little Mary J Blige and Eve from the DJ didn't hurt the atmosphere at all. We don't know why the party made its way here and we don't know how long it will stay, but this wooden chair bistro room and its plain downstairs lounge just off Union Sq seems to have collected a HipGuide vibe.
