So much for the recession. Jonathan Morr, with BondSt Lounge in Townhouse in Miami still hot and APT still a destination, drops Theo into the West Soho - Lower West Village area. If one thing Morr knows, it's how to hear the pulse. He's added just enough American fare to his usual Pan-Asian to be patriotic, chosen a location just downtown enough to salute New York's need, and continues the lounge trend.
