It's not new, but it is low key, and sometimes low key is hard to find in South Beach. One can forget that with the big hurrah that is the celeb hotels can come sleepless nights when your rock star neighbour decides to whoop it up. While this white-themed spot does host its fair share of celebs, namely the Victoria Secret Pink models (including Heidi Klum), Tyson Beckford, Jamie Foxx and Jada Pinkett Smith; because it's no frills and straightforward, if you're the kind who wants not too much of anything from paparazzi to amenities, this is the place where you'll be comfortable. The three for two night specials are a plus and the hotel's bar makes a mean, strong drink.
