It's the private collection of art and photography that makes this hotel really pop. Though this beach resort (from the folks of 60 Thompson in NYC) has eight penthouses, we particularly like the sixteen two story bungalows. The sunny white decor with angular dark wood minimalistic furniture and stupendous service won this spot five stars in the travel world.
