A bright ray of sunshine at the not so glamourous end of Melrose is this festive little shack. It's Latin Caribbean and everything is juicy. Great jerk pork, fish, empanaditas, Cayman paella (salmon, shrimp, chicken, over coconut tomato rice) and halibut with grilled mango and rice and beans. Décor is an homage to religious icons and various Latin American soccer stars. Rah, rah, rah.
