Literally meaning meat on a stick, the name is the focus with meats and vegetables cooked on open fire, such as chicken with scallion, Chilean sea bass, and rib eye. There's also a raw oyster bar serving up wasabi oyster shooters. Microbrews to wash it all down with, they've got only fifty seats so come early as they don't take reservations.
