The staff at Bliss can breathe easier now that their spot no longer needs the warm L.A. weather to heat up their cold room with its tall ceilings: the crowd is doing it for them as this place gets better and better. With mixed reports on the food, certain items such as the scallops by chef Gabriel Morales (from Balboa) hit a home run.
