One level Movida is from Fred Moss and Marc Merran (Chinawhite, Aura, Iceni, Cirque) in the old Palladium theatre. Redesigned by Samy Chams who did VIP (St Tropez, Luxembourg), Baouli and Tantra in Cannes, it's a lounge slash bar, or actually three, and a restaurant all in one by making layers of seating, alcoves and trying for that V-V-V-I-P thing. So far so good with the whole celeb thing who are probably in it for the one way mirror off the dance floor. In typical London fashion, you can join to cut the list forever. 1/2 price if you're a founding member. After that membership is 500 pounds per annum.
