Above Ronnie Scott's, the historic jazz club is this new members club. Story has it that Scott's new owner, Sally Greene liked the Jacques Garcia- designed Black Bar at the Hotel Costes in Paris so much that she hired Garcia to make her a spot. The result is great. Dirty-looking in a good way; heaps of leopard print and black velvet, big drapes, hot staff in black dresses, and a plum outside terrace.
