Tom Colicchio is no fool. And there's no foul at this fowl- happy steak house either. Though one would obviously come here for the long long long list of grilled and roasted meats (Kobe, rib eye, filet etc etc), there's plenty for the non- beef eater as well. From oysters flown in from California waters to quail, leg of lamb, and various fish, this is by far the most diverse of the steak houses in Vegas. Open only for dinner, this is the steak house for those who fear and those who fear not mad cow wrath.
