With its two signature opaque marble tables and standard lounge decor, Caramel Bar is yet another hotel bar - granted one of the best hotels - but significant in Vegas in only two respects, one, we adore the Oreo shake martini. More dessert than drink, it does make for a smooth way to kick off one's evening before heading off to some of the members only clubs. Secondarily, we do love the random celeb misbehaving. Anna Kournikova, amongst others, has been known to pop in and share a few misdeeds, er cocktails, with the proletariat.
