In the Bulfinch Hotel in the West End comes this modern American tapas bar from chef Thomas Ciszak. Serving up sliced bacon with truffle- scented white beans and manchego, Fisher Island oyster gazpacho shooters, pork belly confit with lentils and pumpkinseed oil and his signature Flat Iron steak which comes with Ciszak’s own steak sauce, TC Steak, this spot does breakfast and dinner only in its 45 seats. In typical Boston style, the eight bar seats have a view of two plasma screens. They don’t take reservations except for big groups so you’ll have to duke it out for space with the doctors and traders who come here from nearby Mass General and Fleet Center.
