A bit much on the weekends crowdwise, this Southwestern spot in the South End serves up crispy organic chicken, blackened ahi and other tasty dishes, usually with cilantro, chipotle and chiles somewhere in the dish. More Mexican inspired than Mexican, it almost assumes that Bostonians have never had the real deal, but if you can set aside your expectations, you might be happily surprised. The surprise will be on you however if you're a vegetarian as there's almost nothing without meat. And vegan, forget it, this spot is not for you.
