Rich in both flavours and pricepoint, this spot is owned by Jamie Mammano (Mistral, Teatro) and headed up in the kitchen by John Delpha. The Italian spot used to be Salamander, Stan Frankenthaler’s crazy fusion place and stayed vacant after the closure, deemed a cursed spot. All that has changed. Serving up Kobe beef meatballs and practically no pasta dishes, this high end meat and fish happy restaurant is also a winner for a perfect veal Milanese and succulent whole roasted snapper. You'll pay a lot (entrees in the high 30s) but it's tasty as all getout.
