The former Theatre District Venu/Vapor Nightclub was reborn as Rumor. It's the lights in this bar that make the place and maybe that's having an effect on how good the crowd looks to you too. Coloured green and pink lighting on the dance floor, stacked cubes, white potted plants, and neo Louis XIV- wannabe- meets- Louisiana- chic decor make it seem quite sleek at night. Problem is sometimes there's no one here and sometimes it's packed to the gills. Sunday is gay night supposedly but it too can be quite empty. We recommend doing a drive- past before deciding to commit to this spot.
